By installing or using SnipThat, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please uninstall the extension.
Permitted use
You may use SnipThat to capture, store, and organise content for personal research and reference purposes. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the extension complies with applicable laws and the terms of the websites you visit.
- Only capture content you have permission to save or reproduce.
- Do not use the extension to collect data for commercial redistribution without appropriate rights.
- Respect the copyright and intellectual property of third-party content.
Local data responsibility
SnipThat stores all data locally on your device. You are responsible for managing, backing up, and protecting your local extension data. We strongly recommend exporting a backup periodically from Settings → Export All Data.
No warranty
SnipThat is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We aim to make the extension reliable, but we cannot guarantee that every screenshot, OCR result, export, or browser environment will perform perfectly in all cases.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developers of SnipThat shall not be liable for any loss of data, indirect damages, or consequential losses arising from your use of the extension.
Changes
These terms may be updated as the extension evolves. The effective date above will reflect the most recent revision. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
